Hi, I’m Simone Jackson, founder of Jackson Business Firm, a licensed life insurance agent, public notary, and tax professional.
I lost my mother at the early age of twelve. Years later, I learned that a policy existed. By then, the funds had accumulated interest, and without clear guidance from the insurance agent, I made a decision. Which resulted in me owing the IRS five-thousand dollars. This created unexpected tax consequences from a policy that should have benefited me.
That experience revealed how damaging a lack of clear guidance, education, and proper policy setup can affect a person. Jackson Business Firm was built in memory of my mother Angela Kay, and out of a commitment to ensure individuals, families, and business owners receive honest communication, clear explanations, and professional support.
My approach focuses on helping clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
This work is personal to me. I believe in leading with integrity, walking clients through each step of the process, and making sure no one feels confused, unsupported, or unprepared when it matters most.
